Canadian Sanitation | Septic Services

Named Septic Business of the Year 2024 by the Ontario Onsite Wastewater Association, Canadian Sanitation works out of Coldwater and covers Simcoe County, including Penetanguishene, Tiny Township, Orillia, Severn, Tay Township and Georgian Bay. It repairs, pumps and installs septic systems, replaces failed ones, and writes inspection reports, including for real estate transactions. Septic alarms and pumps are part of the service list. Technicians are available 24/7 for emergencies, and an annual maintenance program is offered, along with financing on services and products. The company calls itself fully licensed, insured, bonded and certified. Each repair is diagnosed individually, and the aim is to fix a failing system rather than replace it where that is possible. A no-obligation consultation and estimate is offered. Rated 4.9 from 123 Google reviews, 119 of them five stars.
